This Site is operated by Zodient. Throughout the Site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Zodient. We offer this Site, including all information, tools, and services available from it, to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms.

Products

All products sold are handcrafted/curated gemstone and spiritual bracelets. Product descriptions, including any claims about metaphysical or energetic properties, are provided for informational and spiritual/wellness purposes and are not scientific or medical claims.

Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid options (UPI, cards, netbanking via Cashfree). Prepaid orders receive a discount as displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at 8972254555. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be refused at the doorstep (COD only), subject to our Shipping Policy on repeated RTO.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on the Site is not accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the Site at any time without notice.

GST & Invoicing

Zodient is a GST-registered business. A tax invoice will be provided with every order in compliance with applicable Indian tax law.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Zodient be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any products purchased through the Site, beyond the value of the order itself.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal.
