Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation (COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp/call before dispatch).

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders on the faster end of this window; remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India, both prepaid and COD. No hidden charges, no handling fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched via Shiprocket.

COD Order Confirmation

To reduce failed deliveries, all COD orders are confirmed via a WhatsApp message or call before dispatch. Please respond to this confirmation promptly — unconfirmed COD orders may be held or cancelled to avoid unnecessary shipping costs on both sides.

Non-Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable, refused the order, or provided an incorrect address, the courier will attempt redelivery once. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be returned to us (RTO), and the order will be cancelled. Repeated RTO on your account (2 or more instances) may result in us requiring prepayment for future orders.

Serviceability

We currently ship pan-India via Shiprocket. Delivery to certain remote pin codes may not be available — you'll be notified at checkout if your location is unserviceable.
